NiiCo User Agreement

Welcome to NiiCo! By using our app, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using NiiCo, as it governs your access to and use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using NiiCo (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, as well as any other policies or guidelines that may be issued by NiiCo from time to time. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. Changes to This Agreement We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement in the App. You are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of NiiCo after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility To use NiiCo, you must be at least 17 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

4. User Account To access certain features of NiiCo, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at Fengqi831@outlook.com.

6. Use of the App You agree to use NiiCo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including spreading malware or engaging in spam.
• Interfere with the functioning of the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

7. Restrictions You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the App.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Disclaimers NiiCo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, functionality, or reliability. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NiiCo and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NiiCo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or any violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding under this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
